MECHANIMA - WORK IN PROGRESS


Hi everybody! I'm ready to show you some screenshot of my new project. I called it Mechanima. It's a narrative game with elements taken from platformers, metroidvanias and puzzle adventures. 

You play as a self-conscious android destined to be scrapped. You have to escape the junkyard through pressing machines, overzealous workmen, conveyor belts and hostile fellow androids. You can "free" these last opponents from their slavery by entering in their cyber-unconscious  and solving a puzzle.

I started this project with a precise aesthetics in mind, a minimal pixel art with synthwave vibes. I'm planning to make a demo level to test the idea and then I'll decide if I keep going on.
